Ectoplasmic Soliloquy: Pencil on paper, in a non planned way, First I thought of a single big eye slimy thing lurking out of an open safe box, But suddenly I saw an old fashioned phone in my mind and, consequentrly, I envisioned the slimy creature pourig out of the speaker. One thing led to another and that was it. It took some time, but I could draw it quite straight forward. Happy.Related content

Holy crap, this incredible! It's got that same disturbing sexual vibe that Eraserhead had, like deformed genitals taking the form of monsters. It's really gnarly and I love it

Oh, i really appreciate that generous comment. Yes, I let slip some distorted reproductive physiology here and there to make the monsters weird. But I think it also helps to make the creatures more fleshy, less muscular or bony, giving some vulnerability to their aspect. To make them softly nasty. But I don´t know, really. The process it is not so rational. The bad news: I'm running out of sexual references for future monsters, with only to sexes gonadic variations are scarce!

Hahah that's an interesting way to put it! Yeah, I definitely see what you're saying about making them vulnerable and fleshy, since something that looks healthy and muscular isn't creepy

Who knows... Now I think of it, that thing could be speaking to itself, to the parts of it that are still on the other side of the line, seeping into their microphone to access this side through the speaker. Or it is a dream.
