-Re-upload form the older account ~Myszoskok -My very first handmade doll and also very first tribute to the great Ladislas and Irene Starevitch. Made in september 2oo9.

I've seen bits of their work, but nothing in full! After seeing this, I did more research into them and I totally agree! Augh! Stop motion is such an underappreciated art, and the Starevitches have such great style.

I know right!?? *arm flails* My sis learned about them in her History of Animation class, and it turns out they even had a travelling exhibit in our home town! LoL It was neat to see the puppets up close!

I went to an animation museum earlier this year and randomly stumbled on one of the actual L. Starevitches dolls, the Lioness Queen ([link] 0:48) I literally just stood there and cried for a couple of minutes~ :'D ALL THE FEELS.
