A wolf WIP that I've finally started. Got that done in about an hour and a half. Thought maybe it'd be interesting for people to see kind of how I sculp things. The leg isn't quite done, but other than that I think it's pretty obvious what is finished.Not titled yet. Photo reference.

This brand is getting harder and harder to find. No one sells them where I live now, and online is expeeeeeensive. I may need to look for an alternative brand.

Yes, they are expensive, but they are very good quality and I'm so used to the feel of them, so I'm pouty about having to find another brand.
You might want to look around in some art stores near you and ask them what the closest you can get to a Conte pencil is. Other brands make pressed charcoal colored pencils too, so you may find that you really like a brand that isn't Conte.

As I was going this I realized I'm using most of the same colors I use for my tigers. In fact...all of them are the same colors I use for my tigers.
So that makes it easier lol.
