What a rollercoaster. I didn't fully finished the series but im at book 7, and ill say book 3 and 6 were probably my favourite. Anyway here's some ticklish headcanons

Ruby headcanons:
1. She's a fan of using it against people, mainly targeting weiss
2. She's scared of a tickle fight with Yang
3. She really wants to tickle blake for once but she definitely didn't want to get in trouble and get tickled by her
4. Its a bit hard to catch her, but if you get a hand on her she's very squeky
5. It doesn't really matter when where or when you tickle her she laughs the same with one exception, her neck.
6. She is very teasy and likes to poke and stroke when she tickle
Tickle chart:
Neck: 10+
Armpits: 9
Ribs: 9
Sides: 9
Hips/waist: 7
Belly: 8
Belly button: 10
Thighs: 9
Feet: 10

T.C.C file: must have magic limiter and if out of her chamber than paralyzed and restrained. Allowed to go to her friends. If wants to play or train can be brought to the Rec or the training room, though with a full magic stealer.
Tickle instructions:
Once per day: 20-33 minutes of feet tickle. Random sets, can be restrain and unrestrained.
