I've drawn many race portraits for our upcoming Last Days intro movie that will...well, tell the player what the setting in Middle Earth is before the War of the Ring. A Rohirrim scout takes a good look at a new, weird kind of orcs they cought sneaking through the Mark.---- pencil into my Moleskine + some PS.

Rohan always looked like mix between Huns,Proto-Bulgarians and Saxons esp. in their helmets.Nice work

One thing I always liked about the mod (and your art) is that while you follow the books to an almost faultless degree, you recognize some of the movies good ideas conceptually and use the better ones to influence your art....in other words you don't go out of your way to avoid the movie art cause it's pretty damn good....except I really don't like the movie wargs
