Commision for ~ParlourTricks of Dark Sailor Cygnus.

"Dark Cygnus is the polar opposite of Sailor Cygnus - she is outgoing, sensual, manipulative, confident and incredibly charismatic and charming. She is heartless and is motivated by fulfilling her own desires no matter what the cost to others. Her body posture should confront the viewer and emphasize her prowess."

I wanted to create an image that was a dark mirror of her portrait of Sailor Cygnus:

The feet are in basically the same position, but instead of her body being sort of curled in with her arms in almost a protective position, she has her chest thrust out and her arms thrown wide, in what I felt was a much more threatening and confrontational pose. Instead of a backdrop like a morning sky with the last of the evening stars shining through, hers is a clouded nebula, and the stars of Cygnus are all eclipsed.
