This is my entry in the flowercrowns artbook, a collaborative project created by EvaHolder I took part in last Summer. I got to do the Tolkien entry and chose to draw Pippin, Frodo and Sam resting against a Mallorn tree in Lothlorien. Sam is making flowercrowns for everyone. I would have loved to include Merry but just these 3 plus the background took me a lot of time, so maybe next time? (sorry Merry) This was a great project and it kinda forced me out of my comfort zone a little (I paint a lot of characters with a few simple backgrounds and occasionally landscapes/streets/houses but I rarely get to combine both so that was definitely a challenge!)

The book itself is on sell on STORENVY and more info can be found on the BLOG . It's honestly ridiculously cheap for that level of quality, not to mention everyone's work is super gorgeous so it's definitely a great investment!!

A little word on my gigantic lack of updates lately: my studies are currently sucking up all my time which doesn't leave much for art, but i try to still post doodles on instagram from time to time so feel free to follow me there as well.
