All I can imagine is Enel walking around in one of those toddler harnesses, and Croc pulling on the leash every so often to watch him fall down on his bum if he strays too far away.

Well, I figure a leash would work in theory, until Croc tied him up to go to work or something- and came out later to find him wrapped around three bicycles and a tree, with a scant inch of breathing space.

Other than that, I love this. Enel looks oddly adorable, which is odd for me to say in the first place. Such a menace shouldn't look so cute.
Expressions, as always, are fabulous. I like the emphasis on the "tap." Gives it a little American cartoon flavor to it. Or something.
