You can download it from mega, that's easier x)
Well, if you know how to use lua, so, most of them are in blob\characters\models\common\textures
Unique textures are in buffers\..., it's any .xbm file

hi Merry where did you find the ciri model because i tryed the tool of Jlouis but i get nothing to export. Can you tell me in what bundle did you find it and its a wEnt or a Wmesh?

Just put .buffer files in bundle folders, and everything will be okay!

I checked your mega link and all I see is ~7Gigs of Bump map files in dds format. Where are the diffuse texture files? Thank you

Every character or thing in witcher 3 have 3 types of texture: bump, diffuse and specular (and sometimes ambient), so, what's your question? Not only bump files on mega.

Ok..I see it now. I just assumed that since they were all dds they must all be bump maps.
It doesn't matter anymore anyway. CD Project Red has released a (clunky) Mod Kit. All models and textures can be extracted from the game now.
I pieced Triss together. Come to my room and check it out.

OMG THANK GOD IT'S IN OBJ!!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!! Because i just can't stand this XNA software that everyone on deviant use and they can't be bothered to atleast include an OBJ file. At this point it just looks like a purist cult to be honest. I am also waiting for the Triss downloadable model :]
