The fundamental flaw with this photograph isn't the white feathers, those occur among tamed peacocks. What is wrong is the big tail - that is for peacocks not peahen...

I wonder what kind of peacock it can be, they are usualy far more collorfull or it's just me ?

I think that's an albino peacock , But hey that's actually a male bird lol
