....a personality switch?hahahaaaa. haven't cg'd for so long(outside of commisions). so just a quick drawing (i miss drawing these two lolol) what a random idea i had, i wanted to put down. i'm so sleepy i just put whatever I think Cloud will say lol oh well zzzz

i am kinda suprised that everyone sees cloud as an extreme emo while in the original game he actually was capable of smiling and making jokes....i miss the old cloud ( drawing is fun btw

It's interesting seeing this played outside and on paper than in concept. But believe it or not, in the original story boarding of Final Fantasy VII, Cloud and Zack's personalities were planned on being vice-versa; Zack, a hard-boiled and experienced member of Soldier looking out for a light-hearted friend with a better future, while Cloud was going to be so energetic and friendly. However, for the sake of avoiding the repetition of the 'happy-go-lucky hero', they switched Cloud's and Zack's dispositions to make the soldier like that of a caring 'older-brotherly' type, and granted Cloud a real opportunity for character development in progression of the story.
