Not sure I agree, and don't like the fact that it basically makes Sokka look like a drug addict. Seriously, while cactus juice may be good for a person in the real world, in Avatar world, it's a hallucinogen. Anyway, its a drug. There was a scene when Team Avatar first went to Ba Sing Sei, and toph asked Sokka if he was 'hitting the cactus juice again?" as if it's something he does. He shouldn't be drinking the stuff. If it was just alchohal, I would be moderately less concerned.
