I've been feeling a bit too much pressure on always doing refined, clean art so I just wanted to do something a little quicker. There's a sketch a day thing going on so I'm going to do some daily sketches! There will be a theme of things related to the setting of the webcomic I'm planning just to get my background/setting art going for the story.


These are some quickly painted monkeypod trees. I've always thought they were incredibly cool-looking trees!

And our skill truly does show here!! the shapes, composition and color pallette are absolutely on-spot, and I'm super mega digging that's comic-related elements, it's a very sweet and appealing way to start introducing us into it  
And these treally show just how fine your skills are!! the shapes are solid and beautifully composed, very neatly related to one another; the textures are amazing, and the colors as sweet as ever. Truly, a stunning work (PS: I very much think these shouldn't be on scraps! they're very great )

AAAA THANK YOU SO MUCH, AGU!!! Your comment is so kind I want to get myself super familiar with the environment my characters will be roaming about in and learning all the different places they can go to While I've researched many of them, I haven't had the chance to draw most of the different sorts of landscapes and plants that exist within the setting xD and the setting location is a VERY diverse one despite its small size!! I have soooooo many scenes in mind to accommodate that
