Well, since I think some people their computers have frozen cause of the size from my Yu-Gi-Oh Upendi picture I tought, I'll make a screenshot version so people can see it's original size

Pretty good. The coloring is nice and soft to convey the feeling of the moment. If you don't mind, though, here's some constructive criticism (if you don't want to hear it, you can skip over it, just don't call me a hypocrite because I'm not that great of an artist myself):
Yami's forearm looks too long and too bony for someone with his height and that head size (wow, that sounded awkward). If you wanted to improve it, you could shorten it, drawing Meru closer to Yami and heightening the atmosphere as well. His lower arm is especially disproportionate compared to his upper, because you can see where it narrows for the wrist. The colors of clothing look too bright for the atmosphere of the scene; changing the colors or at least darkening them could improve on it. And then there's just my own personal preference; I hate shirts like that on Yami. It's just my opinion, please don't hate me for it, but that always reminds me of the Orichalcos arc animation, and I hated that with a passion. Yami looked far too gangly and stringy for comfort, and this is a little reminiscent of it.
Finally, a couple (and really, there are only two) atmospheric touches: their expressions don't quite match the quote below, which is wistful and content, and Yami and Meru just look happy, which, while conveys their feelings for each other, doesn't exactly match the mood. Lowering and rounding the eyebrows, and making the smiles a little smaller, would help with the mood. And finally, changing the tint and the exposure of Yami and Meru might help with the atmosphere, once again - shift it to the orangish end of the spectrum, which would take care of a lot of the lighting problems.
That's it. You've got a good style and a good hand, and congrats on getting the hair. Whenever I try, I end up with an epic fail. Every. Single. Time.

First of all, I'm very happy with your comment. I always apreciate it when people look good enough to my drawings and help me with the flaws
I never saw that about the arm before so I'll try to look at that next time when I draw them again. About the colouring, I know it's quite wrong but somehow I kinda like it this way, and it's anime so it doesn't have to be perfect xD.
Aah, I've heard allot of people who hated the Orichalcos season, never really found out why. I really liked it since it showed more of Yami's emotions.
I can see why you think that, but it's a part of my 'unwritten fanfiction' [ don't have the time to write it down~ ] Kinda dramatic and all and this is a scene they kinda enjoy the last moments together before they're of to save Egypt and say goodbye ect. So that's why Meru is saying that. Mhh, didn't really think about that, maybe I'll try that soon when I want to photoshoop around, but a good suggestion.

Meh. I love criticizing people, except I never get any myself, so all of my artwork is *flush*. Being the best artist (with good grades) at my middle school isn't saying a lot, because AMS is sucky. Really, really, sucky.

I loved the Orichalcos plot, but the animation (which persisted until the end of the KC Grand Prix) ruined it for me. I swear, there were like three different animators for the season, and only one of them actually knew how to draw Yami, and even then, his face turned out too round and small. One of the others completely messed up Yami's hair color and made his bangs too thick (as seen in the episode of Mai's return, whatever that was) and the other made him too long and too gangly, as seen in the Weevil vs. Yami duel (again, whatever that was).
Plus, Orichalcos Season = Birth of Puzzleshipping. XD
