Anyway, Karen done snagged her a pure human, the SAME human she wanted to take a leg off of and eat like a drumstick. Now she wants to ea-what was i thinking about? LOL LOOK AT THIS SILLY VULDRA HUMAN THINGY AND HER HUMAN BOI

Merv seems to mind it but only as much as a guy named M.E.R.V would, and yes it stands for something for this character. So story time, this sort of human x hyrin type relationship stuff is generally looked at negatively, given most see them as animals still despite free will, independence and communication skills. Many also see hyrins as lesser beings because of the closer animal relation, and yet this sort of thing is around. Just not as common as regular relationships. Karen differs in two ways, 1. she isn't a Hyrin but a Comprovuldra, meaning part human part alien; and 2. She is close to Merv due to her own struggle being resolved in part by his kindness. I guess she also differs from other Vuldra by being accepting to a relationship with a different species where other vuldra just use other creatures as toys where needed welp. Ok.
