UPD: It's just my personal opinion, I don't like Tothless's romantic relationship being the main story in the last movie. I'm still totally ok with that and will enjoy the movie anyway, but it's really kinda cliche and meeh

Anyone else taken off by the fact they literally ripped the Light Fury's design off of a myriad of fan-made DeviantART HTTYD FCs?
Like, they literally and shamelessly used the same design that 100 people did after the first film came out.
That's a new level of lazy.

This painting is so awesome but I do have to say I kinda Hate the Light Fury's design. It's overused, unoriginal, and kinda plain.

This is more like it- I hate the design they have right now because it's really TOO feminine. Meatlug and stormfly don't look like females- Just like how it's hard to tell apart a male tiger from a female tiger. I hope they change it. It look like they just stole the design from deviantart to save a quick buck instead of actually HIRING someone to make an original and beautiful design. But that's just my opinion.

Ok ok I know its just a move and this will prove I have no life posting this but in an interview they said the light fury is a subspecies of the night fury. She is not an albino. She has no red eyes. My best friend made the case that this is probably a cash grab non original design like a lot of media. She may honestly be right but I just wanted to provide some insight that because she is a subspecies that it is possible for them to be attracted to each other and mate. www.newshub.co.nz/environments⦠. This is an article of the subspecies sumerian tiger mating naturally with a bengal tiger. Now honestly if toothless is the last nightfury unless they have biological sciency sperm stuff (xD I am not a expert in genealogy and preservation of species) his offspring will honestly breed with other light furies (In the interview it was stated that they are not endangered) and I believe (please correct me if I am wrong) that the genes would keep getting flooded with light fury genes until the night fury is washed out. I am open to talk about it :3 Please be nice I am soft and squishy
