Super excellent!

I had almost forgotten Rarity actually has a cat in the show... It's not really a thing there. This is a much nicer way to combine Rarity and cats. It's a wonderful scene, i get a bit of a Azumanga Daioh feel here. Even though Rarity is very different from Sakaki! Fluttershy would be closer i think, she would feed stray cats because she just loves animals, while with our Element of Generosity here, i would expect the underlying feeling to be closer to justice or even duty. And i think i can see that in your drawing: Rarity cares, obviously, but doesn't seem too attached to them. It's perfect

Also, great work on the background, really nice style.
