Thank you. That one took quite a lot of work as the background was very messy (Guy stood behind him had one of those reflective jackets) so it involved some cloning, slelective blurring to fake the depth of field a little, then lots of level tweaks (I use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop CS3 for my processing). Then there was a fair does or dodging and burning to emphasise the wrinkles etc. Finally its finished off with subtle duotoning.
