Okay – so I sent this Christmas card out to a select few today as a special Holiday Greeting Card for a very select few – but after some thought, and some serious encouragement from ¾ of the individuals who received this card – it was decided that I should just post this up for everyone. And you know what – this should be for everyone. ^_^As it was said to some of my very good friends here on deviantART –
“I just wanted to take the time to express to all of you how much you've meant to me this past year. Without all of you - I would not have had the heartfelt and assuring experiences that have made this year so wonderful for me. And with your friendship, I've realized that - "It's not what's under the Christmas tree that matters, it's who's around it."
I'm honored to call each and everyone one of you receiving this unique card - 'friend', and I sincerely hope that this card brings you joy and cheerful tidings as the holidays grow closer.
Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or no holiday at all - I wish you the sincerest tidings for the season.”

All these wonderful individuals are good friends of mine, and wonderfully talented artists. Without them – and their words of kindness, compassion, encouragement – and just simple comradery – I wouldn’t be the person I am today. I’m a better person and a better human being because of them – and I can NEVER say thank you enough.
I sincerely hope that all of you taking a moment to read this will remember to tell those closest to you how much they mean to you. (And I don’t mean that for just here on deviantART.)

And please, don't sell yourself short - you are an amazing artist. Sure - you may feel like your art is in need of a little bit of improvement - but so is everyone's! We ALL have room to improve upon the work we're already doing - and I have absolutely no doubts that one day, your work will rival even that of the masters! You have it in you to create the best of whatever it is you strive to achieve. Whether it's Character Designs or original art - you can succeed at whatever you put your mind to!

Aww...Well, discord has an online version, where you don't need to download anything and you just visit their website and log in there. discordapp.com/ You have the option of downloading it but all you need to do is make an account and log in online, it's completely safe and private.

You can, but you don't have to, you just have to have a mic and that's only if you want to. You have the option of instant chat, mic chat or Vid chat.

Well - I guess I just kind of find myself being in an awkward position of genuinely wanting to do it - but I really can't because -
well - normally I'm reduced to using my sister's computer because I don't have one of my own.
I've asked for money to get one for Christmas - but I'm doubting that'll happen. Sad day...
And for some reason or another – my sister has this - (how shall I phrase it) She has this aversion to Discord. Why I don’t know…
Grant it – I know that the majority of her reasoning is because she doesn’t want anything more added to her computer because it’s already pretty overwhelmed…but…that still doesn’t explain why she doesn’t want to use the online version. I can only speculate that she thinks Discord is unsafe for some reason – but – again, I really don’t know why she asks it not to be used on her laptop. She’s weird.
But – with all that aside – that really doesn’t help me considering I’d LOVE to learn how to use it!

I use an HP notebook, Windows 10, I really like it. I've heard dells are really good for their hard drives and CPU, whatever you get just make sure it has the high processing power, good screen resolution, and a large internal memory.
