Just thought I should really add Echo's back so that people get the full body preview. Hopefully I'll make an acceptable side view in the future~ >3<

A long long time ago... (5 years to be exact) I created a Transformers Prime OC. Her name - is Echo.
Through the years this character has remained near and dear to my heart... and having been preoccupied with a lot of OC-related artwork lately, I though it was about time I brushed off the cobwebs and brought this lovely firecracker back out into the light of day. Not only that - but I also decided to give her an upgraded design.

Armor Colors: Primarily Candy Orange with Accents of Charcoal black and silver.

Strengths: Quite agile on her stabilizing servos while being able to keep a low profile. Excellent vision and is quick to take a shot. Fast in both vehicular and bipedal form.

Weaknesses: Short tempered, too vocal at times, easily distracted and does not seem to respect the chain of command. Typical teenager who thinks she's invincible and has a habit of showing off her abilities.

Distinguishing Features: Her bright candy-orange frame is decorated in various orange and black tribal markings - making her stand out even amongst the Autobots.

Personality/Skills: Echo is vicious, sometimes obtrusive but overall has excellent character. Though sometimes she may come off as snarky and stand-off-ish when being undermined for being so young; she has the makings for a great soldier. Her talents include excellent visual capabilities, giving her a distinct advantage even without the aid of her rifle's scope. She's a quick learner, only needing to be shown a task once or twice before having the information imprinted in her memory banks permanently. Overall, Echo is a pleasant bot, keeping her emotions in check, but occasionally - her temper does show.

Weapons: Primary Weapon - One Long-range, high density Energon rifle. Secondary Weapon - Two medium sized hand blades.

Alt. Mode: A slightly modified version of a 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10ACR

Background: Echo doesn't really remember a whole lot from her early cycles of life. At most, she can recall faint glimpses of faces from the days before she met Whiplash. From the moment they first met, they spent the majority of their time together - Echo living and learning from Whiplash. It was only after Whiplash's demise at the hands of the Decepticons that Echo struck out on her own. For a long time, she was a rouge, wanting no part of the war. Her only interest was in getting revenge for her departed mentor. She lived among the rubble, finding and/or taking what she needed to survive - waiting for her moment of payback.

However, it was only after she was captured and taken prisoner by the Decepticons and being transported through deep space; light years away from Cybertron that Echo realized that she was in over her head. She had lost all hope. But then, after witnessing in the brig, a young mech by the name Smokescreen, a young elite guardsman in training escape from his confines did Echo take a cue and follow his lead. Unfortunately, was recaptured and placed in solitary confinement. Several Earth weeks later, Echo again attempted to escape - and succeeded. Only, in the process of stealing an escape pod, she was put into a deep stasis...then crash landed...on Earth.
She was recovered by Team Prime and spared from being recaptured by the enemy for a third time. However - Echo wanted no part in the Autobot cause or with Team Prime; but after seeing just how badly the Autobots were outnumbered against the Decepticons, combined with the fact that Optimus Prime SAVED HER LIFE...convinced Echo to put aside her own greedy desires of revenge and all ill notions she may have had to instead pick up arms and fight for a just cause. - to, in Whiplash's own words - "fight for something really worth fighting for..."
