I have been a little sick this week so this is the best I could do ;u; 
Sam coaching Eva in weightlifthing. 
It's the first time Eva ever tried this kind of lifting.

Could depend-   strength can translate to power and toughness, but  being too big could  reduce speed.  So it requires a bit of balance.

It's her first time doing this kind of lifting huh? I suppose that since she never really had participated this kind of event very often if at all so she's kind of more used to more light training to keep her body in shape when this tournament calls for more intense training to get stronger, tougher and faster and push herself to her limit.

She already did some weight training before but it was mostly just dumbles and basic curls.

wow para ser la primera vez de eva en hacer weightlifthing lo esta haciendo bastante bien , ademas que el weightlifthing ayuda mucho en mejorar la resistencia y fuerza en brasos , piernas y espalda .
