Description
From an ancient race, made from an alloy unknown to man. Before the sentience of man came a great race who's knowledge of the universe expanded beyond our comprehension after they were able to travel out of their time by switching consciousness with a being from the past or the future. These timepieces told time, but in this case it was a command. It told time where, when, and who or what they would be. Although this is just a portable, a small part of the whole; which was sucked into the void by the end that consumed them. The end they knew about, and knew they could not stop. Their inevitable doom never deterred them from gaining all the knowledge they could. Perhaps we can learn from them. Perhaps some of them are teaching us now.Made in apophysis 7x, finished and rendered Chaotica.

This is splits ellip, which you know. You use Xaos to isolate the "straight line", then use unpolar to make it a circle. Then you can mess with stuff that handles circles like glynnsim, rings, etc.

No problem! People who have written tutorials on their stuff are the people who allowed me to do anything at all. People like, Hal Tenny, Tatasz, Satania, Pillemaster, Chaosfissure, clairjones, and many more! Sure I deviate after I learn something, but those folks allow more people to make art. Lets face it there aren't many good books on fractal art with these softwares. Without these folks I wonder just how much fractal art there would exist at all.

I too am so appreciative of my fractal idols and have, still do, learn a lot!

I try to also deviate...take a left turn when tutorial says go straight
it tends to pay off!

Yeah! I have finally gotten to the point where I can take what I have learned, and do things to make something without a tutorial or going through old stuff. But there's still a ton of new stuff to learn.
