I can't feel any warmth inside me
You're so close yet so far away
I know your touch should warm me
But still the chill will stay
I may seem as strong as stone
But in truth I'm filled with ice
And though I long to feel any warmth
I fear there is none to suffice

And still the poison spreads beneath my toes
Where the cold takes me nobody ever knows
I hear you call my name and it makes me smile
But I feel the emptiness inside me all the while

I am cold
I am corruption
I am destruction
I am all that's wrong with life
I feel old
A wild disfunction
A shallow eruption
A dull and dirty knife

I am cold
Too cold to feel the warmth

Yeah the poem aint the best. Don't care.

Have you ever pondered if something was fundamentally wrong with you? Like something was missing?

Feeling cold as ice lately. Not sure I like it.
