I almost didn't recognize her in that last frame. She looks so weird with those clothes and a different hairstyle.

That's her hair style just more "realistic", in the show if you look at where her horn goes into her hair it makes her horn look flat, I know 2d can only do so much for slightly 3d looking things but still.

I said it before and ill say it again: Twilight Sparkle is the bravest gutsiest and noblest pony ever to live in all of equestria. as soon as the conflict is over they will see beyond saddened tears and heartbreak that she will always be the one pony who will bring peace to all she will meet and love.

I think that's the point. If :icon*MRDDragon: is correct, she put herself in something along the lines of a self-induced coma, or did something to make her appear to have died. It breaks her heart to have to fake her own death here. It's probably all she can do to hide the tears. This is backed up by the fact that it zoomed in on her eye, meaning there was likely something there to notice. That, and the same thing appeared twice in the same spot on her face in panels 3&4.

Wow, I didn't even notice it in the fourth panel, thanks man for bringing that to my attention. In terms of what she did to herself I figured it will come to light eventually. Just more curious about that tear if it was a mistake or not. Thanks!

First off, thought she looks like Sweetie Belle, I think they'd notice.. There's a pretty huge size difference between a little filly and Twilight. Also, Even if Sweetie Belle was still in the Casket by then, wouldn't she have already died from suffocation? I think Twilight teleported her out of there in that case. Or she just teleported herself out of there.
