Haha, my first thought was they were dancing and doing the dip. 
Is this a sequel to your previous comic of them together? I ask that because it looks like Roger is still in his 'vampire trance'. That, or he's scared/worried of what will happen to him next.
But this is titled 'Vampire Kiss'. So I'm guessing that Roger may want Kage to kiss him. But Kage's evil glare says other wise. 
This is creepy, but still a sexy picture.
