I decided to upload another character portrait for my "Striker" series: Officer Butch Barker!

He's a fairly recent addition to my cast, and therefore, I haven't developed him too much so far. But there's still plenty to say about him. Admittedly, he's supposed to be an expy of Blitz from "Road Rovers", although he also serves several other purposes, such as...

-To have more heroic doberman characters (cuz they often get cast as villains in cartoons and other animal/anthro-themed stories);

-To have a representation of the law enforcement of Diamond City (there are going to be other cop characters, but Butch is going to be the main represenative);

-To have more "Badass Normal" character types (so far, only Striker fills that role, and I wanted more of his kind running around);

-And finally, perhaps most importantly... to serve as complete unadulterated shameless fanservice: he often gets stripped down to his undies before getting tied up and gagged. *However*, that happens to him not because he's incompetent or weak or anything like that. Rather, Butch gets put in these situations when he trades himself for any hostage a villain/criminal may be holding. So Butch is sacrificing his own dignity just to ensure the safety of civilians, and he's a widely respected officer because of that.

His uniform was inspired by 's cop character:

At first, Butch was just going to wear a regular police uniform, but scion made me realize I had an excuse to have even *more* hunky males wearing speedo outfits, and there was no way I passing that up. ;D Besides, I liked the idea of the cops wearing armored outfits like this. It's actually practical, given how they live in a world with superpowered beings: they have to not only fight against supervillains, but also have to keep up with the superheroes.
