Yet another remake of one of the Greek Mythology portraits, this time of Cerberus, the Guard Dog of the Underworld!

I know I originally intended for Cerberus to be an anthro snake/naga, but I changed my mind and decided to go with the more classic and well-known version of him being a three-headed hound, albeit one with a snake-tail.

I based his heads off of a Cretan Hound, and his tail off of a meadow viper, both of which are found in Greece (or at least the area). Seemed fitting. I also based his eye coloring off of the hellhounds from "Helluva Boss," cuz why not?

The pink cupcakes are a reference to the fact that in the original mythos, Cerberus had a love of honey cakes, so my version has a sweet tooth and can be bribed thusly. He also enjoys ear-scratches and belly-rubs. ;3

His legs are digitigrade in order to help emphasize that he's less, for lack of a better term, "human" than the rest of my furry/anthro characters. Cerberus cannot speak like them either, communicating only in growls, snarls, barks and whines like a regular dog. Although he does understand what everyone else is saying around him, so it's best not to treat him condescendingly.

I'm undecided on just how tall Cerberus is, although I imagine he is *very* tall, probably between 7 and 8 feet. He also has Super Strength, and is *not* to be taken lightly as a fighter; no brainless brute is he. Cerberus is an intelligent combatant and takes his job as bodyguard for the Royal Family *VERY* seriously.

In case any of you are wondering, his right head controls his right arm, his left head controls his left arm, and the middle head controls the snake tail. As for his legs, all heads hold equal sway over them, and thankfully it's a harmonious connection, otherwise the poor fellow wouldn't be able to walk.
