I was inspired by this picture of Asterius from "Hades": pbs.twimg.com/media/Ex8QU95WUA… to create my own bull character, Gozu.

Standing at 7'1", this beefmaster bull possesses Super Strength, although not nearly at the same level as Urso and Brumal. Nevertheless, the fact that he can heft a huge war-hammer like that (also known as an otsuchi, a war-hammer or mallet used in feudal Japan) should speak volumes on just how strong Gozu is...

...however, strength really is the only skill he has. He hasn't much in the way of agility or precision. Gozu is really more of a "Hulk, SMASH!" type, meaning that if a weaker but more skilled opponent managed to get his hammer away from him, the playing field would be more even, if not completely in the more skilled fighter's favor.

Vain about his fabulous pompadour (the mere thought of it getting ruined frightens him to his core) and overconfident in his own abilities, Gozu is doomed to play the part of the incompetent henchmen who gets by on raw talent alone. He also becomes affiliated with the Tesso-gumi as muscle-for-hire.

Gozu, who is gay, also ends up forming an "enemies with benefits" relationship with Urso.

Fun fact: helped me come up with the idea of him being associated with the Tesso-gumi, as well as his name (Toon told me that in Japanese mythology, there is an ox-headed Japanese demon called Gozu, “ox-head”, who is one of the guardians at the gates of Hell).
