I finally got around to commenting on your art. 
Well now, this is an interesting and frightening situation for Hunter. 
But what is critical? Hunter's wounds, or Geist trying/threatening to kill him?
How did Hunter get there in the first place?
How will Hunter get out of this? It's not like the Rovers can rush in and save him.
Anyway, I love the details as always. 
Geist: It's time to operate on you, Hunter! But uh oh, I ran out of anesthetics. I guess that means you'll have to tough out the PAIN!!!

Thank you! This was meant to be frightening, and not even in a joking kind of way like the "Shower Scene" comic. But to answer your questions...
It might help make things clearer if I pointed out that it's Colleen who's saying the line in the pic. She's talking about Hunter's wounds... but in a twisted sense of irony, Geist trying to stab Hunter is *also* critical.
I'm not sure what you mean by "How did Hunter get there in the first place?" Where do you think Hunter is? Or rather, where do you think Hunter would be taken if he were in bad condition? Back to Road Rover HQ in the sickbay. Which makes it even scarier that Geist is there at all (the last thing anybody would want is for Geist to know where the Rovers' HQ is).
How will Hunter get out of this? All he needs to do is make a muffled noise: dogs' hearing is much better than humans', so the Rovers would hear him, and would naturally glance in his direction, thus seeing what Geist is trying to do.
Why do you say that the Rovers can't rush in and save Hunter? They may not have Super Speed like Hunter has, but Colleen can leap great lengths, and Exile has laser-eye-beams; he could fire one shot and probably reduce Geist to ash if he managed the proper shot.

Yeah, I knew that it was Colleen talking. But how did Hunter get wounded? It must be serious if he's in a wheelchair, and the slightest move can kill him.
Uh oh, Geist knows where their HQ is. That could mean more trouble is coming.
I just figured that Geist might hold the blade to Hunter's throat if he saw the Rovers walk in. But I didn't think it would be that easy to stop him.
He is. But Geist doesn't seem to care about how attractive Hunter is. He wants blood.

Well, keep in mind that this isn't apart of any fanfic; its a standalone pic. So the fact that Hunter's in a wheelchair and in critical condition has no backstory; he's just that way for the sake of the pic. The same goes for Geist knowing where their HQ is - which is a *very* good thing, if you think about it.
(Although I was considering a storyline where Geist really does find out where their HQ is, and plants bombs in it... but so far that's all I've thought of.)
I suppose Geist could do that, but again, consider that Hunter already has a grip on his knife-arm. Plus Exile's eye-beam could easily finish Geist off before he could do anything, considering how fast it is.

Oh. Well that explains things then.
But here's just my own thought on the matter:
The Rovers were on a dangerous mission against Geist and his team. In the process, Hunter is seriously wounded by Geist. But the the Rovers save Hunter in time before Geist kills him. Geist still figured out where their HQ is and going to finally destroy them. Disguised as a doctor, Geist tries to kill Hunter for good. Hunter painfully fights back with the last bit of strength in him. But the Rover walk in in time. They manage to stop Geist (as you said), but it's Blitz who does the final battle with his brother in a fierce and violent fight. Thus ending Geist's psychotic rampage.

That's something I always thought too. Geist is always tormenting and intimidating Blitz. But in the end it's Blitz who battles and defeats him. Geist is either sent to prison or killed. I'll let MDT decide that.

(gasp) OH MY GOD...! Hunter's about to be butchered! And... Are the other Rovers clueless about what's going on? Or is it too dark inside that room for them to make out Hunter's situation?
Anyway, that aside, I must say this is both scary as hell, but also well done! It sure arouses suspicion with Hunter's life and death situation. And who would have thought Geist could look so scary in the guise of a doctor? I mean... Oh my God... Dr. Geist... Now that's one physician I would NOT want to arrange an appointment with in the hospital! Hopefully someone will come to save Hunter. Or else blood will be shed.

Actually, dogs already have night-vision, so it wouldn't be too dark to see what was going on. But are the Rovers clueless? Well, consider that they're all looking in different directions other than at Hunter... but also consider that all Hunter needs to do is make a few urgent-yet-muffled sounds. Dogs have far superior hearing than humans do, so they'd be able to hear that Hunter is upset and would look at him. And just one eye-beam from Exile would force Geist to retreat.
So I'd say Hunter's got a good chance of surviving here. x3

...although I think it would be scarier if it *wasn't* Geist's intention to kill Hunter. ^^
