Description
After drawing Parvo's bodyguards, I suddenly wondered what it would be like if they were around when Geist, Prowl and Sheng Long take Parvo captive, and suddenly I was inspired by a funny image where the crocmutants aren't really all that competent at their job. As you can see, despite their job being to protect Parvo, they're pretty bad judges on when their master is in danger.
I decided I would have it so that it so that half the time, the crocmutants actually do a good job of looking after Parvo, but the rest of the time, they either think he's in peril when he's not, or they don't even realize it when he really is. Parvo has considered getting rid of them a few times, but every time he does, they prove their worth when they save him from death and/or severe bodily harm, thus he relents and overlooks their occasional failures.
Of course, this time he might not be so forgiving. We'll just have to wait and see.
Also, you all might notice that I edited Geist's outfit. I did that just to make him "fit in" with all the other guys in this pic. I chose the colorings based off the custom outfit MDTartist83 told me he was planning for Geist. Course I'm more than certain MDT's version will look so much better than mine.

Heh, looks like they dont really care about Parvo after all. Or theyre just scared to mess with the trio of Geist, Sheng Long, and Prowl.

Nah, they're just bad judges on when Parvo is in real danger or not. They actually do do a good job of protecting Parvo from death and serious injury, but not general pain and humiliation. lol

Maybe the crocmutants just don't want to get hurt themselves. After all, they are up against three dangerous guys. But if Parvo fires them for good, I'll take them!
Wow, Geist looks much better in that outfit. I was waiting for either you or MDT to draw him a new and more revealing outfit. Yup, now he fits in with all the others. Show those muscles!

Heh-heh, well, that's possible... except the mutants are supposed to be brainwashed into doing Parvo's bidding... but then again, crocodiles aren't really known for their loyalty as much as dogs are.
But sure, I'm sure they'll find new jobs in no time! Lol!
Yep he does. Although actually I already have drawn Geist in a speedo... but that was when he was disguised as Blitz. Here he's himself in all his Geist-y glory.

Cool, if I had them, I would pay them well to guard the house.
I remember those pictures, but this is the first I've seem him in that outfit. Sexy!

You probably wouldn't have to pay them at all, just feed them well and allow them to use the bathroom when necessary... and let them have a swim in your pool from time to time.
Heh, yeah. Thanks!

Sure, I could do that. But I'll still give them some money for their work. I'll also give them massages and belly rubs.
Too bad they don't have navels.

Maybe I can take them to a surgeon and have them implanted in their bellies. It's possible.

Ewwww! Rofl, I don't know about that... course they *are* animated characters, you could just *draw* them on.
Lol!

Wow, man! I didn't expect to see this! But yeah, I guess those crocomutants would be ineffective bodyguards. Parvo needs to think twice before recruiting henchmen. Oh, and I see you made the prototype for Geist's custom outfit! You beat me to the punch, dude!

Hehe, aw, thanks man! Thanks so much! Well, the idea is that Parvo's bodyguards are good at keeping him alive, but when it comes to comical accidents or minor incidents, not so much.
Plus, according to Parvo, good henchmen are hard to come by, so really he's just settling.
And yep; I figured, why not? You were going to end up making a final version of it anyway. One that's a whole lot better than mine.

Yeah, you're probably right. Oh and by the way, I love the crocomutants' dialogue! They sure seem clueless to what's going on!
Well, I'll see what I can whip up. I'm sure you like it. By the way, I like the colors you chose; black and silver. That's a good combination! But I like what you've done so far. It gives me a good idea on what I can work with. So I have to thank you for this.

Heh, yeah... Oh thank you! I really appreciate that, heh, yeah, I had a lot of fun thinking that up.
Those were colors that *you* chose, actually. You probably don't remember, but we discussed your drawing Geist a custom outfit some time ago, and you told me you decided black and silver would be the best colors for Geist, and I agreed. Here I wanted to show you that I still remembered. But I'm glad this has helped you decide on how to design your own version - which I'm certain will be epic.
Your welcome, and I look forward to everything you upload in the future!

Lol, well, yeah, in your case, I'd fire them. But in Parvo's case, he's a cartoon villain; it's practically a rule he have incompetent henchmen.

MetalExveemon In reply to artboy-2 [2014-02-21 05:19:38 +0000 UTC]
Yup. Lol. Though fortunately, the crocmutants are half-competent at their job, which means that they're always able to keep Parvo from dying or sustaining serious injuries. In incidents like this where he's just being captured and threatened, they're kinda useless.

Of course lol. One question. How come in most of your art all the guys wear speedos regardless of location? I admit in old cartoons the bad guys and good guys wore them over their costume or as the costume. Is it for the old TV show style? I like it I do, but I was wondering.

Regardless of location? I never really have that much 'location' in my drawings. Well, sometimes I do, but not much. And I draw them in speedos because I like speedos. X)
