But yeah, you got that right! This is the angriest I've ever portrayed Roger, and this time around, he's got @#$% good reason to be! 0_0 Heh, and I'm glad you still think he's handsome; after the last two comics, where I had to draw him all bloodied and bruised, it was nice getting to go back to making him look cute.
Though that's one thing I've come to enjoy about making this series: it's forced and challenged me to draw Roger in ways that I haven't before. It's really pushing me as an artist, and I hope to push myself further.
And thank you again, I'm glad you like the gradual close-up. When I was first considering how to do this scene, I wondered if I should draw several different poses all getting closer and closer... but then I got lazy. 
Heh, but I've been wanting to give Roger raging red eyes for a while, so it was nice to finally do that! ;D
Yup. In the original movie, the coma lasted for 4 years, but I had to cut that in half for several reasons - most of which contain spoilers.
