Description

This is supposed to be a surprise for . Recently I became inspired to create a 2nd Road Rover OC, only this time another mutate creation of MDT's Dr. Psycho.

Originally I couldn't think of a name for this character and asked my viewers for suggestions, and came up with the name "Raptor". I realized that I wanted my OC to have a name that started with an "R", and "Raptor", which means "Bird of Prey", seemed perfect for this guy.

So Raptor he is, and Raptor he will stay. *HOWEVER*, this guy also has several aliases (some of your guys' suggestions were too good to let go), which are: Swindle, Blazer, King, Aero, Hurricane, Typhoon, and Swift.

Now here is some info on Raptor's background and skills:

While searching for more 'special' animals to mutate, Dr. Psycho came across a magnificent-looking white-tailed eagle from Eurasia. Now although Psycho normally tries to make his creations as things of beauty and of the upmost skill, he only succeeded where the beauty was concerned. Though tall (about 6'6"), very strong and agile, Raptor's not nearly as strong or skilled as Geist, Prowl and Sheng-Long. Not only that, but he quickly grew tired of following along with Geist's quest for vengeance against the human race and decided that he would be much better off on his own, and so deserted.

Unlike the others, Raptor's desires are not for revenge or sport, but for wealth and power, which takes him down the road of burglary and pulling cons (thus his many aliases). Therefore, he is not as serious a threat as the Terrible Trio are, but a villain nonetheless. And yet, Raptor will ally himself with the Rovers because he's clever enough to realize that they are more merciful than Geist, and helping them would reap more benefits for him. But, given that he's a coward (and an even bigger one than Blitz), Raptor is not one to be relied on during these shaky alliances.

Although he is a skilled fighter, Raptor actually relies more on the gadgets and tools in his belt (and sleeves and boots) more often, so that as soon as he runs out of them, he usually crumbles with fear in front of his enemy. But half the time, even then he still has one last trick up his sleeve in order to insure his escape.
