Yep, this is Torakichi of the Ninja-ken, who has somehow managed to kidnap Sheng-Long of the MAS.

Torakichi managed to defeat the armored Sheng-Long without any form of armor or weapon? Though in retrospect, his lack of clothing would most certainly make him more agile.

ToonTorment and I did discuss the possible outcomes of what it would be like if the MAS fought with the Ninja-ken, and ToonTorment said he thought Tora was bad@$$ enough to take on Sheng-Long on his own. So I decided to play on that.
