Neither, in Legends of Chima, would we predict, or even think, that Eris could ever truly love Rogon (especially as she and Laval get on so well together) or when the Crocs, Wolves & Ravens suddenly formed an alliance with the Lion Tribe at the end of Season 1 (but I don't think that'll last much longer)...

Well dude, Hunter doesn't have much right to feel cheated or betrayed, because he and Colleen were never technically an item in the original show.
Also, I'd like to reveal that in this scenario, Colleen was the one who asked Blitz out on a date. Why? Because lately she's felt like she's getting nowhere with Hunter, who continues to seem like he still doesn't realize she has any feelings for him, and what's more, she's also finding herself attracted to Blitz, who has recently gone through some serious maturing.Ā
But don't worry, after they share this kiss, they realize that, while it was pleasurable, that there was no real "spark" to it, and so decide they're better off staying friends.
So you might want to take back calling Blitz a complete jerk.

Well I'll tell you: this actually isn't a BlitzxColleen shipping thing, believe it or not. True, they are on a date, but that's because Colleen feels like she's getting nowhere with Hunter and has started becoming attracted to a newly mature Blitz. But after they share their first kiss, they realize there's no real spark, and so therefore go back to being just friends.

And I also finding myself agreeing with you when it comes to Matt's view on Blitz being hated by everyone on the team, cause I saw a few episodes and I don't really see them being all that mean to the Doberman, I think Matt might be exaggerating quite a lot on that subject.

Yes, there are plenty of moments in the show that blatantly suggest he got along with them, and at times even bonded with them. Such as, at the end of "Reigning Cats and Dogs" they all go off to play golf together (meaning Blitz was perfectly welcome to come and play with them when they weren't on duty), and of course in "A Day in the Life" there were several moments that had Blitz hanging out with Exile and even Shag (when they were playing chess, rolling in the grass, standing/sitting close together, sharing a couple of peppermint milkshakes), and of course when they all sang the Russian Name Song.Ā
And of course, there were those two infamous moments where both Hunter and Exile each give Blitz a big ol' hug that lasts for awkwardly long moments.

I'm not sure, but I think he's spent all these years obsessing over the bad stuff that he has trouble accepting the good - though really, he's actually made progress from when I first met him. He's admitted several times things aren't as bleak for Blitz as he's made them out to be in the past.
