Description
After finally reading the book myself, I decided to take a crack at making a map of the book version of MitHC. The book has quite a few differences from the series, such as Canada being independent somehow, the Nazi half of the US being two states instead of one, and the Japanese being far more liberal.

Alot of this was based on conjecture, so gaps were filled using Axis war goals I googled plus the War Aims and Proposals that never happened thread over on AH.COM. The Atlantropa map was from rvbomally's The New Order Map, and some elements were taken from QuantumBranching's cover of the same book.

Also, I'm considering darkening the color scheme.
