All bad guys have at least one or a few henchmen who are so loyal that they would literally throw themselves into harms way for their boss!For Dio Brando he had Vanilla Ice (not the rapper!!!) from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
For Emperor Palpatine he had (from upto Return of the Jedi) Darth Vader (Anakin Skywalker for all of you fans there) YOU GET THE PICTURE
For Sejanus Reflex he has Ice CD (Pronounced "Eye Cee Dee") & he has some ferocious powers to boot!
The masks all over his body channel to channel immense spherical voids that he can either fire, glide or travel in & cause immense slaughter or devastation! his blackened armour body can also shapeshift into a variety of weaponry & the masks can unlock a power to create a city destroying energy ball that he can either use to unleash a hellish bombardment or just throw the huge thing!!?!?
He is utterly sadistic who takes great joy in the things that would make anyone cry!
