Another "The Suffering-Ties that Bind" Inspired Character. This time inspired by the nutter Luthor Stickwell or "The Creeper"
as he's known as! (This guy is a total NUTCASE!!!!!!!!!!)

Here is Moores Starkraven, He too is psychopathic but not as crackers as The Creeper but psycho enough!

KNOWN ABILITIES

*Uses something named "UNBOUND BLACK" An apparition that enveloped inside of his coat & increases in power when he destroys his opponents, able to create a variety of tools
*Able to create frightening illusions using the UNBOUND BLACK, imprisoning his targets inside these illusions and breaks them down into trembling wreaks before he clocks 'em!
*Shapeshifting as well, Enveloping either his whole body or parts of him to form a variety of menacing attachments like his coat.

I think U can gather I like designing bad guys as a lot! if not MORESO!

TIP: Draw bad guys out 1st, then work on Protagonist, gives U an idea what abilities they're gonna need (EIJI came 1sta while agothough so I'll let him off)
