The composition is interesting, and you did a good job rendering the skull. I also like the colors, and the mood in general.
(If you want a little helpful critique)
Did you notice there is a texture layer that is cut short at the top? Also, I think the image would benefit by either cropping half an inch on the right, or extending the canvas on the left to make everything centered. Those are easy fixes. But, to finish this, I think the snake could use a perspective adjustment.
