What is it with evil Big Boss clones and fighting against the hero in an aircraft? I mean Liquid had his Hind-D helicopter, and Solidus used his Harrier! The battles were both quite similar, both Liquid and Solidus would yell out "DIE!" and both were vulnerable to Stinger missiles!

Ah, yes. I'm currently stuck on that game, aboard Arsenal Gear. Raiden has no clothes and I accidentally keep getting caught by the Arsenal tengu. It's very frustrating.
Though I guess if the game was rated AO Raiden could always just whip out his boner and rape all of the enemy soldiers just like Drew Pickles!
