When are you going to be deported back to Europe?

I actually wouldn't mind being sent to Lithuania all that much.

I suppose I wouldn't mind spending time in Ireland, or England, or further back down the line the Germanic lands my eldest ancestors spread out from.

I have nothing wrong against people who come over to us and are legal, but those who aren't really should go back....We're having a hard enough time finding jobs while Obama is on vacation, we don't need illegals coming over too.

Look on the bright side, the mre time Our Dear Leader spends on vacation, the less time he's in the White House doing his, you know, "job."

I'd rather have an absentee comrade than a committed one. Historically speaking, lazy commies are more easily dethroned than zealous ones. If you think Our Dear Leader's flying monkeys are making a mess of things now, imagine if that heathen actually gave two thirds of a flying *insert expletive here____*. It'd be a disaster. Well, a worse disaster, at any rate.

This is true, but if he could be so easily dethroned by being lazy the first time around, then why did he get a second term?

There're a lot of factors. For all our talk of hope and change, most people seem not to like change, that's why there tends to be a slew of reelections. The devil you know, they say, is better than the devil you don't. People are complacent, there's a lot of political pressure involved in deciding for whom to vote. Remember, in this day in age being politically incorrect is one of the greatest secular sins a man can commit. The potential opposition to Herr-Komrad isn't exactly what one would call sterling. On the one hand we have quasi-secular American Conservatism, spearheaded by chronic soothsayers and fairweather hard-talkers. On the other hand we have the religious element of America which is often confused as to what She ought to stand for. As a Catholic who watches his brethren very carefully, I can tell you, the Catholic vote is a miserable contribution to the idiocy that is currently embalming our nation. In the Church, it used to be considered a sin to, you know, sin, but now the only cardinal sin is offending people. And of course, liberalism is completely inoffensive, and so many Catholics embrace a semi-liberalism that allows them to cozy-cozy with the world while conveniently forgetting that the world's biggest cheerleader is the Devil himself, also referred to by Scripture as the 'god of this world.' In short, Americans, like our Dear Leader, take the easy way out. There was a glimmer of hope with the HHS mandate because it lit a fire under the Bishop's collective asses, a fire, perhaps, that they kindled by playing soft with the State. Still, this thing with our Premier's presidency has galvanised conservative Catholics. Obviously it hasn't galvanised us enough, but any start is better than the abysmal state we've been in. Most importantly, people have become sheep. It's more important for us to do ridiculous things like 'keep the peace' than serve the voice of God which speaks as the properly convicted human conscience. Many right-minded people choose silence over offence, this is a sin for which the conservatives, myself most certainly included in this tally, are not paying - with gratuity. I could go on, but I'm afraid I'm starting to ramble, eh?

"America was founded on immigration", "they take the jobs Americans don't want"
After seeing these quotes you should probably expect me to give a long boring speech(or journal it you want to be technical) with a text book response on "why we should let the illegals in." I am neither for textbook examples of for illegals(and do not endorse these quotes). My main issue is not that they should not be here but that the government is not letting them in. It is not the act of the immigrants immigrating but the act of doing it illegally while undermining U.S. federal law. My person opinion is that the government should open it's gates and let everyone who wants to get in, in and everyone who want to get out, out. I myself am an immigrant(to some country far way that you probably never heard about, it's called Canada) and throughly agree passage for all.

I'm not against immigration. I'm just against ILLEGAL immigration. Every time I say that though, all the braindead libtards fail to read/head the "Illegal" part and just see the "immigration" part. Next thing I know, some jackass is screaming"racist" at me simply because I believe in enforcing the law and defending what belongs to me.

OMG! My cousin's husband is trying to get his citizenship, he came over on a work viza & later got a marriage viza & they gave him the run around about citizenship. But when it comes to illegals let's give them watever they want! My dad's a correction officer & he says 3/4's of the prisoners r illegal. I asked y r they in our prisons if they're illegal? he said they'll b deported after their release. I was like: WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY!? Why weren't they deported when they were found out to b illegal?!

The only reason we give illegals what they want is because then they'll vote for whomever does (I.E. The Democrats + Progressive Right-Wingers), even though they have no right to vote anyway.
Wait a minute, speaking of rights, these illegals HAVE NO RIGHTS! Yeah, that's right, I said it. NO RIGHTS! Our constitution is for the protection of CITIZENS!
Hopefully, your cousin's husband will eventually get citizenship.

"and if you're following the rules : Welcome."
That's the part that often gets lost. The people most hurt by illegal immigration, are those immigrants that followed the rules and came here legally! It's not fair they had to jump through all those hoops and some d-bag just walks across the border and gets everything.

MetalShadowOverlord In reply to hellion [2010-04-30 01:04:08 +0000 UTC]
That's right! The reason natural born citizens are in love with illegals is because they have no idea what it takes to become a citizen if you are a foreigner, and, thus, they have empathy for them. They just refuse to use their brain!
π: 0 β©: 1
hellion In reply to MetalShadowOverlord [2010-04-30 02:32:29 +0000 UTC]
It's worse than that though: It's totally ignoring that by following the legal path to citizenship you are showing a willingness to follow our contract with the government (the laws) and society as a whole. You're saying you won't be a burden.
By just walking across the border that individual is saying to me they are unwilling to follow the law, and thus choose to be a negative on our society and well being. That they intend to usurp, break, and sponge off that which we have built.
First category I love to come here. They totally appreciate freedom and work hard to become better than they were.
Second category I want to go away, us using force against them if necessary, to make more room for the first.
I don't see an empathy argument here. It's all about protected/privileged classes which have not included law abiding decent people as a whole for quite some time.

MetalShadowOverlord In reply to hellion [2010-04-30 11:25:36 +0000 UTC]
You are very right. It does show a clear willingness to break the law. Did you hear about the kind of violence that's in Texas? Apparently, drug cartels have gotten so bad that they are driving people from their homes. The sheriff in one town is giving away, yes, GIVING AWAY firearms to the citizens so they can defend themselves!

I got one of those chain e-mails the other day, who knows if it is true, but a law maker in Vermont supposedly was going to give a $500 surcharge to any non-gun owner in the state. Under the justification that those people require extra police protection and extra protection from their neighbors.
There are several towns in Texas where to live there you MUST own a firearm. I don't necessarily agree with that by force of law, but I certainly do agree that any proper US citizen should not only own a quality firearm (or better several), but should know how to use it defensively. We're supposed to be a nation of badasses. We were our best when we were that, we need to be that again. At the very least we need to stop treating people (like myself) that know how to shoot, shoot well, and actually do carry their weapons like they are crazy people - or worse criminals.

Illegal immigrants work the hardest jobs in this country
When was the last time you saw a "real" American picking oranges or working at a plastic factory were it gets over 100 degrees
or the countless other jobs you fat privilege sacks of shits are not willing to do
So unless youβre willing to work one of these jobs
feel free to suck it puto
IF you are born in America that does not Make you better all it makes you is one lucky motherfucker

I freaking hate illegal immigrants. They hop across the border and collect welfare money that shouldn't even be going to the scumbags that are legally here.
If you wanna come here, do it legally; take a fuckin' boat to Ellis Island and actually find a job other than dealing coke!
And dude, if anyone who reads this comment thinks I'm racist, good. I don't want them to tolerate it and ignore it like a socialist; I want them to ream me, tell me to go fuck myself, etc. I'm not afraid!
