Scientist: Surprise! (his body dissolves into a light, revealing the form of Chibiusa) Tada!
Pluto: S-small lady?!? B-but I thought we were fwiends.
Chibiusa: (releases a smirk of uncharacteristic evil) I'm afraid I'm not who is small here, little girl.
Already dominating over the shrunken down Sailor Pluto even in her miniscule form, she absorbs all of Pluto's lost power, evolving into a demonic entity stronger than even her previously known villainous form (The Black Lady).
Chibiusa: And soon... I will never be the "small" lady ever again. (:<

Well I was going for having the demon Chibiusa wear a Sailor Pluto esqe version of old clothes to symbolize that she had stolen what once belonged to Pluto. Besides, I wasn't sure how to replicate the Black's Lady red dress.

Nah. It's more like she is going to raise Pluto as her own daughter. Pluto will get a new life though considering that she had lost her powers and adult demeanor.
