I found this on what appeared to be an old Willy Wonka site... This was the only color in as well!This belongs to the original artist... where ever he/she might be, I just colored it
On a side note, that Loompa's smile is unsettleing... (shudder)

Ahh, did that site finally go down? I'm surprised it lasted even this long! Well, the site was what appeared to be a very old, hastily made Wonka site probably made when the internet first became mainstream, and had nothing on it other than this ONE color in. Sorry!

They all look rather creepy don't they? They certainly don't look this creepy in the original picture that I believe this was based off of!
