I beat crow using the Linear Weapon Arms. With the Light Weight Crest EO core, and the heavy load-weight crest quad legs. Kujaku for generator. Used the best radiator. Used the kisaragi booster from SL. Forgot FCS. 1 linear cannon and the 9-fire micro-missle launcher. Also used a Cicada2 as the head.

I go ligtweight and use dual machine guns on him and an EO
Core and I have Sheid Extensions. Just make sure you have
a good Booster like the Vulture2

which machine guns, and what FCS do you use?

FCS the Monju and the right arm weapon is either the Pixie3 or the CR-WR69M.
The Left arm weapon is theCR-WH79M2( the same machine gun Crow uses
also Carry some Micro Missles and try to hit him with those at the very start then drop them and switch to your machine guns and start shooting. he'll be down in less than 30secs if your fast enough.

I try, but he's all over my screen, i cant ever get a solid lock on him

then try weapon arms(Solid Rounds preferably)and a good booster Like the Vulture2 with Booster Accerelation tuned to the max.
