It's just based off the movie joker. Not really my brother and I work for a church doing comic strips for thier youth group though.

Hey sorry its taken me so long to get back to you. The best tip that I can give you is to SKETCH A LOT! Go through your comic books and find some cool poses then just sketch them out. Thats what my brother :Iconspiderfreak818: and I did when we first started out.
