Her hair looks neat and I like how the teeth aren't simply divided by plain vertical lines, but have the little triangles of shading that make them look like actual teeth
I'm having a hard time finding out which two teeth her "two front" teeth though xD

mmm, I have some trouble, maybe you can give me some advice-
how to make a perfect inking? it always a problem when I have it scanned, bad outline- so I always trace it again, double works, and spent more time, a lot....

Oh I don't think I'm the best to ask about inking, seeing as most of my stuff isn't inked xD
I know that there are tutorials around deviantart on a variety of subjects, but I haven't gotten much into inking yet. (I had mostly been inking digitally, not by a real pen)

one more question, what you like mostly when drawing, a single character in cool-pose, or multiple character in action? why?

I don't have a wacom tablet either O.O *wishes*
I use the "pen tool" in photoshop a lot
I mostly like to draw a single character in a cool-pose, but I think that's just because I'm limiting myself xD (which is bad) I haven't had much practice with grouping multiple characters into a picture, I'm probably afraid of boshing it, but I should probably get around to it sometime.
