There is an anime and some mangas for the Rockman Exe series, just search for them.
This is the version 2 of the original commission asked to saitokun-exe.
You can clearly see the eyes are normal here, I decided to ask for this second version since i wasnt convinced by the mix of green and silver colors for the eyes.
When I saw the ultra instinct in dragon ball super, or migatte no gokui, I was expecting someone to make a reference to that with Rockman Exe given that his bug style and even Hub Style kind of looked alike, but since no one has made the request yet I decided to be the first one.

It was the direct competition of Dragon Ball Z in Japan back in the 90s and is considered as one of the best shonens which could be over Dragon Ball Z just that did not have as much marketing and presence in the west as the latter. Creo haber visto una imagen que asemejaba el Ultra Instinto, Doctrina Egoísta, o Migatte no Gokui (Como quieras llamarle) solo que X ahí todo pompeado y serio con la aura de Super Saiyajin Azul.
