if thats your actual hand then you have very narrow hands with long fingers good for guitar and piano..

Actually, I quite like this.. I guess the words are all written on the hand (its possible to do that in
photoshop but only after a lot of messing about). Nice handwriting style, you can read it even! (unlike mine) moody shot, nice shading, works very well in black and white.
