Very nice. What's the block serif used? Looks like a modified rockwell, kinda. Anyways, good use of colours. The whole peice seems dynamic and works very well on different media.

This is really nice! Only thing I don't like is that you've cut the logotype and moved the upper part. Though it might've been boring if you didn't. I still think you could've done a bit better.
