Beautiful detailing on my favourite class!
I see both this advanced and your classic Nebulas have windows on the saucer rim. The Phoenix didn't have windows on the rim. Other TNG Nebulas are hard to see. The Generations Nebula Farragut also shows no rim windows. But then in DS9 comes a Nebula variant with what I want to call a "mushroom" saucer; it might have windows on the rim, but it is so small, its details are lost.
Which verision of the wonderfully adaptive Nebula have you created? I understand that, since it has never been a "main character" ship and never shown well, plus the ambiguity between the model and CG models used in the shows, it can be difficult to model such a vessel (but you have made a beautiful version, rim windows not withstanding!)
