This is actually one of my favorites. When I was young and DECWriter teletypes were the cutting edge technology, there was a game called "Star Trek" or "Trek" in which one piloted the Enterprise about, killing Klingon ships. If you managed to mess up the Enterprise too much, you could abandon ship, and you would be assigned to a ship called "The Faerie Queen" which apparently had but one nacelle, and half the power of the Enterprise. I liked "Faerie Queen"...

The Hermes from the "Starfleet Technical Manual" Did not have the shuttle bays. I believe the first set of blue prints added them.

I saw one that had a single Nacelle listed in the old Technical Manual as a Warp Tug, I thought that looked way under powered to haul a Connie..
